Security Sales Professional
Job Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, motivated and experienced Full-Time Sales Representative. This in-person role requires a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the security industry or similar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the security industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking and market research.
- Conduct site surveys to assess customer security needs and identify the best solutions.
- Present security solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals to prospective customers.
- Support existing clients, including addressing concerns, resolving issues, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Track sales activities, forecast revenue and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales within the service industry.
- High energy, strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel locally as needed for client meetings and report to work site location daily (Greater Pittsburgh Area).
- Experience in security services or a related field is a plus.
