Monday to Friday – 7:00 am to Noon (Part Time)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Timely and courteously answers incoming phone calls.
- Enters daily/weekly records in a timely and accurate manner. To Include.
- Accounts Payables.
- Inbound Materials Received.
- Customer outbound shipments.
- Dryer and Bag production.
- Size/moisture data related to material sampling.
- Request forms for sampled products.
- Payroll.
- Follows proper data entry procedures to include the following.
- Initial/date individual tickets/invoices/etc. as entered.
- Initial/date audit reports to ensure accuracy.
- Run double ticket tapes on invoice batches.
- Follows proper procedures for operating scale and announcing trucks. To Include.
- Properly weighs trucks in and out.
- Properly announces material/location information to the plant.
- Provides correct documentation to drivers, including lab work if required.
- Collects proper paperwork from drivers depending on billing information.
- Follows proper order taking procedures, to include.
- Fills out and signs Order Sheets
- Arranges proper trucking.
- Enters orders onto outbound schedules.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Employment contingent on criminal background and drug test.
