Position: Data Entry Clerk (Temporary Only)
Shift: M-F 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Pay Rate: $ 16.00

Location: Downtown Pittsburgh
Allegheny County Office Building-Office of Property Assessments
Assignment: This temporary assignment is needed to provide help with the data entry and scheduling of appeals
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties of moderate complexity.
- Excellent data entry experience
- Record property deeds into an IES System
- Answer phones
- Excellent Customer Service
- Scan, print, fax, and file documents as needed
- Other duties as assigned and needed
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Access
- Customer service
- Knowledge of modern office practices, methods, and equipment.
- Knowledge of proper English usage, grammar, and spelling.
- Ability to understand and follow moderately complex oral and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail
- Position contingent upon passing a criminal background check
