Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Part-time during training, transitioning to full-time
- Full-time hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator for a busy office in the East Liverpool area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Bills of Lading, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipments and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks
- Answer phones and assist with general inquiries
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience working with Bills of Lading (BOLs) required
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a logistics, transportation, or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving documentation
