Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced driver to provide exceptional transportation services to our discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service, a clean driving record, and a thorough knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
Note: This is not a Rideshare opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport clients to and from their destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times.
- Assist clients with luggage and other belongings as needed.
- Provide a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel/energy consumption, and other relevant information.
- Report any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in luxury car service or chauffeur services preferred.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor as defined in the corporate dress code.
- Must be able to pass background check including Megan’s Law screening and drug test.
Additional Considerations:
- Luxury Car Service Experience: Prior experience working in a luxury car service environment is highly desirable. This includes knowledge of luxury car brands, features, and amenities.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills are essential for this role. This includes the ability to anticipate clients' needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times.
- Professionalism: A professional appearance and demeanor are crucial for representing the company and its clients. This includes being well-groomed, well-spoken, and discreet.
- Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages may be an advantage, depending on the client.
- Security Clearance: In some cases, a security clearance may be required, particularly for high-profile clients.
