Position: Shipping and Receiving Associate/Laborer

Schedule:
- Monday- Friday and rotating Saturdays
- 10-hour shift (7 am -5 pm) 50+ hours per week
- Day shift - $ 14.00/hour
- Temporary to Hire
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable individual to join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Associate. This position plays a vital role in managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments
Verify and document shipment contents for accuracy
Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate with carriers
Load and unload materials (must be able to lift and move heavy items)
Operate a forklift safely and effectively (forklift experience is required)
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization
Coordinate daily tasks with the shift supervisor to meet production goals
Uphold quality standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
Proven ability to follow directions and show up consistently and on time
Strong work ethic and motivation to meet or exceed performance goals (bonus opportunities available)
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is a plus
Forklift operation experience is a must
