M to F – 7/8/9 am to 11/12/1 pm
We need a responsible individual that will maintain the cleanliness in various environments of residential community centers in the Squirrel Hill and Shadyside areas.
Position Summary
- Sweep, vacuum, mop floors in all designated areas.
- Clean and disinfect common areas, including hallways, elevators, and stairways.
- Empty trash cans, recycling bins, and disposing of waste properly.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Clean and maintain kitchen areas and wipe down surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including wiping down sinks, toilets, mirrors, and ensuring the replenishment of supplies like soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Dust furniture, windowsills, and other surfaces to prevent the buildup of dirt.
- Wipe down countertops, tables, desks, and other surfaces to remove dust, spills, or stains.
Qualifications
- Pleasant demeanor
- Superior communication
- Ability to lift unassisted up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to push or pull unassisted up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Experience in interacting with residents and general public.
- Must pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
