Job Title: Concrete Production Laborer / Cement Statue Molder
Location: Leetsdale, PA (Conveniently located near Route 65)
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (No Weekends!)

In this role, you will assist in the artisan crafting of cement statues and concrete art pieces. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in construction, masonry, or general labor to develop specialized skills in decorative concrete molding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Preparation: Batch and mix cement and specialty materials for high-quality molding.
- Production & Pouring: Expertly pour and spread concrete into molds and forms based on specific artistic designs.
- Form Building: Assist in constructing and maintaining durable concrete forms and frames.
- Finishing & Detailing: Use hand tools and power equipment to shape, smooth, and refine surfaces for a professional finish.
- Shop Maintenance: Keep a safe, clean, and organized workspace and ensure all tools are properly maintained.
- Safety First: Strictly adhere to all site safety regulations and PPE requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in construction, masonry, landscaping, or warehouse labor is a plus!
- Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools (grinders, sanders, mixers).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
- Team Player: Able to take direction from master molders and work effectively in a crew environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and carry materials across the shop floor.
