Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining all common areas flooring on a regular basis by using methods such as picking-up, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, stripping and /or waxing, buffing and steam cleaning.
- Follows approved safety procedures to clean up injuries involving chemicals, solvents, blood, and body fluids.
- Complete all work orders to adhere to CHN maintenance guidelines
- Ensure building is prepared for all REAC and LIHTC inspections
- Maintain all common areas walls and ceilings on a regular basis by using methods such as dusting and washing.
- Maintain all common area furniture and fixtures on a regular basis by using methods such as picking up, emptying containers, restocking supplies, dusting washing, steam cleaning, stripping and/or waxing, buffing steam cleaning and vacuuming.
- Maintain staff areas on regular basis by using methods such as picking up, emptying containers, restocking supplies, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, steam cleaning, stripping and/or waxing, dusting and washing.
- Maintaining the exterior of the building on a regular basis by using methods such as picking up, emptying containers, sweeping, shoveling, and applying de-icing supplies.
- Report any interior/exterior maintenance issues or concerns to property manager in a timely manner.
- Perform clean out of vacant units to prepare for a unit turn
- Perform and maintain curb appeal and minor landscaping of the building
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Good working knowledge of types of cleaning agents and their applicability
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to give high level of Customer service
- Ability to work independently, strong work ethic
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers’ license, insurance, and acceptable attendance record
