This exciting opportunity is a Front Desk Position in a busy clinic and a Practice Representative tasked with acting as a community liaison. There is both teamwork and independent work. Training is provided. Of course, previous experience is greatly appreciated. Still, if you're attentive, industrious, truly caring, loyal, smart, motivated, confident yet humble, and willing to listen and learn, then you can do well with us; you'll help many people and enjoy your work. We are looking for two people - one to work Monday through Friday from 7:45 am until 1:00 pm and another to work Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2:30 pm until 6:00 pm. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and calendar management.
- Assist with customer service tasks including answering phones and providing support to patients.
- Utilize computer skills to maintain and update records.
- Coordinate office tasks and projects to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Assist with event planning and project coordination as needed.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Support office management by handling clerical duties and maintaining office supplies.
- Use excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Assist with proofreading and transcription tasks to ensure accuracy in documentation.
Requirements and qualifications for the position include:
- Computer skills, Customer service, and administrative experience are essential for this role, along with strong phone etiquette and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, is required.
- Experience with data entry, calendar management, and office management is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of front desk operations is a plus.
- Previous experience in event planning, customer support, or medical office settings would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with project coordination, and clerical tasks is advantageous.
- Strong typing skills, proofreading abilities, and transcription experience are desirable for this position.
