Job Description:
Atlantis Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician with expertise in Instrumentation and Control Wiring to join our team. This position is responsible for wiring industrial control panels,
connecting auxiliary equipment such as pumps and flow meters, and handling higher voltage power wiring up to 480V 3- phase, with a primary focus on 120V single-phase systems. The ideal candidate must be able to read, interpret, and mark up electrical drawings, as well as work on customs, one-off units, and small production runs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and wire industrial control panels according to schematics and specifications.
- Install and wire auxiliary devices such as pumps, sensors, and flow meters back to the control panel.
- Perform higher voltage wiring up to 480V 3-phase, with a focus on 120V single-phase wiring.
- Troubleshoot and test electrical systems, ensuring all connections are properly secured and functioning.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout plans.
- Mark up and revise drawings as needed for custom modifications.
- Perform conduit bending, cable routing, and terminations following NEC standards.
- Assist in limited production runs, assembling and wiring multiple units with consistency.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to develop solutions for custom builds.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including 120V single-phase and 480V 3-phase power wiring.
- Experience with instrumentation and control wiring, including sensors, relays, PLCs, and VFDs.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in conduit bending, wire routing, and cable management.
- Experience with custom and one-off panel builds is a plus.
- Familiarity with NEC codes and industry safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- An electrical License or Certification (Journeyman or Master Electrician) is a plus.
- Experience with control panels is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of PLC wiring and programming basics.
- Experience working in industrial or water treatment industries.
