Dispatcher – Clinton, PA
$22.00 /hour
Monday to Friday – 10:00 am start time plus overtime
(Around 45 hours weekly)

Company is looking for a reliable dispatcher to help create trucking routes that keep cost down but meet customer scheduling needs. The dispatcher will be responsible for using Company routing software, crown, to establish daily trucking routes that make required stops outlined in customer contracts.
The ideal candidate for this position:

- able to adjust to last minute changes.
- work with drivers to schedule urgent pick up and/or deliveries for clients.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day.
- Schedule loads while utilizing and maximizing available driver hours and close times.
- Ability to identify and solve problems.
- Use effective listening skills to collect required information.
- Collaborate with management.
- Communicate effectively and develop relationships with customers and drivers.
Hiring Requirements:
- Previous Experience as a Dispatcher required with minimum 1 year experience
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings.
- Strong Knowledge of the roadways through the immediate area
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Typing and computer skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
