Schedule: Monday – Friday | Daylight Shift
Salary: $48,000 per year
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records while ensuring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is organized, computer proficient, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer, vendor, and company data into internal databases and systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Review and correct errors in records as needed.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Process and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with general office administrative duties.
- Communicate professionally with internal departments regarding data discrepancies.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous data entry or office experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
