Are you looking to work for a company where you can utilize your Customer Service experience?

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations by assisting customers, providing pricing information, and entering orders accurately.

LOCATION: Butler, PA
PAY:   $18.00/hour to start
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities
•             Answer customer questions by phone and email
•             Provide pricing quotes
•             Enter and process customer orders
•             Deliver friendly, professional service at all times
 
Qualifications
•             Pleasant, professional demeanor
•             Strong communication skills
•             Customer service experience (phone or in‑person)
•             Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and general computer software
•             High school diploma or GED
•             Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug test
