Position Title: Clerk - Warehouse (Temporary)
Employment Status: Full Time
Shift: M-F 7:00am-3:00pm Pay Rate: $ 16.00
Assignment Start Date: 10/2/2023 Assignment End Date: 11/10/2023 (Approx)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA Reports to: Operations Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Summary
This position’s primary responsibility is to help with data entry for mail-in and absentee ballots for the 2023 General Elections. The position is located in the Elections warehouse on the North Side.
Duties:
- Assist with the data entry
- Excellent customer service
Ability to:
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other relevant automated systems proficiently
Qualifications:
- Good clerical skills
- Good customer service work experience
- Prior work experience in the Elections Division is desired however not required
- Must be dependable
- Must be able to work in a fast-faced environment with minimal supervision
- Must be courteous
