Covenant Not to Complete: I understand and agree that I cannot accept employment by the employer/client of ISG by directly or indirectly circumventing ISG without the expressed written statement of authorization by ISG. Also, if while on a job assignment, I am terminated, laid off, removed,, resign, or am dismissed from Integrative Staffing Group and/or the job assignment --I cannot accept employment by the assigned ISG business client/customer--or by any other type of staffing agency that provides personnel or staffing services to ISG's business customer, including but not limited to temporary staffing, direct/executive recruiting or staff leasing firms for a period of six months (180 days) after the last calendar day of working for the said business customer. In the event of such occurrences, Integrative Staffing Group reserves the right to execute, to me, a recruiting fee equivalent to 25% of the annual compensation from the employer-client of ISG. I also agree that I am authorized to work in the United States of America and that I will submit to a drug test and background check when requested.
