M to F – 8 am to 5 pm

Position summary:
This position includes provide excellent service to customers through answering questions, occasionally quoting pricing, and entering orders into the computer system. This position requires heavy phone and computer usage. Pleasant demeanor and superior communication skills are a must.
Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to learn computer system and consistently answer phones
• Must have a great attitude and be willing to learn
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Must be reliable
