• Operate the beam profiling CNC machine according to established procedures.

• Create shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments and create pack lists.
• Dispatch inbound and outbound shipments using TMS and logistics providers.
• Work closely with the Production team to assure on-time shipping.
• Track shipments as requested in order to verify timely delivery by calling the shipping vendor or accessing the information via their website.
• Maintain shipment documentation, issue reports, and respond to customer inquiries regarding status of shipments.
• Prepare and follow up with freight claims.
• Post shipping information daily using the Company database.
• Provide freight rates to the Estimators and Inside Sales Representatives.
• Honor and track customers’ specific shipping requests (i.e. barcodes, plate cards, carrier preferences, tagging needs, etc.)

• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
