Position: Sprinkler Fitter Fire Protection 
Location: 50 mile radius of McKeesport, Pa
Pay: $15.00 to $22.00 depending in experience.
Type: Temporary to Full Time

Job duties include installing, repairing and inspection of fire sprinkler systems. The position requires the ability to cut, thread, bend and install pipe and related materials according to specifications. Travel within a 50 mile radius of McKeesport is required.
Job Qualifications:
3 years experience as a pipe fitter.
Able to work at unlimited height restrictions.
Ability to get to job sites.
Have/Maintain valid driver s license must meet Company s Fire Protection minimum requirements.
Have general knowledge of the construction field.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to be available on-call when scheduled.
Must pass pre-employment drug test.
The ability to lift up to 100 pounds which include handling heavy materials, tools and operate power and hand tools overhead.
Positive customer service attitude and people skills.
Must be able to communicate with internal and external customers in a productive and pleasant manner.

Position Summary:

Fire Sprinkler Installation employees are responsible for the installation, service, and repair of fire protection systems
Employees are also responsible for the execution of the installation project plan including equipment delivery, accurately forecasting installation hours, anticipating potential challenges, safety, and work with general contractors/owners to help deliver a great product and service.
Properly securing all tools and equipment at the end of each work period so as to prevent damage or loss.


Ability to work flexible hours, take on call and Service work responsibilities when required.
Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Excellent communication skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers and team members.
Possess a valid driver s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.
Able to obtain and retain any licenses required by National, State and Local codes.
Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.
Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 60 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
