Temp to Hire
Monday - Friday, 8 - 4: 30 pm
$12.00/hour

SUMMARY:
The front desk clerk/receptionist performs routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative work in answering phones, receiving the public, providing customer service, data processing, and record keeping.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to:

Prepares outgoing mail, sorts and distributes incoming mail.
Performs routine clerical duties such as copying, faxing and filing.
Answers central telephone system calls and directs calls accordingly.
Greets and Directs Customers as they arrive.
Answers basic questions asked by callers.
Provides customer service.
Prepare reports for Managers and salespersons using Microsoft Excel.
Maintain a company scheduling calendar using Microsoft Outlook.
Assists office personnel with special projects or other duties.
Ships UPS & FED-EX packages.
Provides Coffee for the lobby & Cleans Coffee pots and station at the end of the day.
Use ERP system.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Position type and expected work hours:
This is a Full Time Position. Days and Hours are Monday through Friday 8: 00 a.M. To 4: 30 p.M.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
2+ years of administrative experience
Experience with Microsoft Office
AP background preferred, but not required

Ability to read, write, and follow instructions. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and policy and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
