Position: Production Labor
Location: Verona, Pa
Pay: $12.00 / Hour.
Hours: Full Time 40 Hours. Monday thru Thursday, 5 am to 3pm.
Type: Contract to hire.

1. Specification
1.1. Prepares cut parts for Material Processing, Paint Department & Metal Fabrication by deburring
1.2 Produces finished components by assisting the assembling of parts for subassemblies.
1.3 Operates small material processing equipment, such as drill, drill press, punch and small sand blaster under direction and or set up by department supervisor.
1.4 Identify and tag needed parts for Material Processing, Paint Department & Metal Fabrication & Final Assembly
1.5 Able to assist an Operator, Welder, Painter or an assembler for Material Processing with tasks trained on that are requested by department manager.
1.6 Follow drawing specifications and other associated documents required for mounting hardware, adhesives, gaskets, etc.
1.7 Application of paint masking (project specific).

2. Responsibilities
2.1 Must have a good attitude
2.2. Hours worked need to entered in to Data base ( Dradis ) at the end of each shift.
2.3 Maintains Daily Work Assignment Form F180 (WI-0214) to complete tasks by scheduled dates.
2.4 Attends tool box talks with good attendance - Form F066
2.5 Communicate job status to Fabrication Manager per job basis verbally and with Form F188
2.6 Prepares work to be accomplished by studying shop drawings and parts lists; gathering materials, tools, and materials.
2.7 Able to set up and operate and maintain equipment.
2.8 Use accrued knowledge and experience to correct flaws and imperfections without compromising quality requirements
2.9 Maintain Quality Control through In-Line QC Inspection instructions (WI-0167 & Form F054). Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
2.10 Tag and identify finished product per job, quantities, locations, etc. Per the production documentation.
2.11 Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Manage appropriate equipment Maintenance Checklist (Forms F006).
2.12 Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

3. Tools & Technology
3.1 MRP Software - DRADIS
3.2 Hand Tools Sanders, grinders, punch, drill, screw/nut driver, wrenches and sockets, rubber mallets, cordless drills, files, clamps
3.4 Measuring Tools - tape measures, straight edge/scale rulers, combination squares, surface gauges.

4. Qualifications
4.1. Education - High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational School.

5.0 Employment contingent on drug and criminal screen.
