Location: Verona, Pa
Pay: $14.00 / Hour.
Hours: 1st. Shift, Monday thru Thursday, 5 am to 3 pm.
Type: Contract to hire.

1. Specification

1.1 (Ref. P012 Production Procedure, Section 7, Step 5 of 7 )
1.2. Ability to work prepare product for painting, by D/Aing, cleaning with alcohol and acid.
1.3. Knowledge of mixing paint colors based on formulas and visual samples.
1.4. Ability to apply primer coat
1.5. Knowledge of safety devices: respirators, exhaust fans, proper chemical cans, etc.
1.6. Layout and examine work pieces to be processed to ensure that specifications are met.
1.7. Study engineering drawings and blueprints to determine materials requirements and task sequences.
1.8. Move parts into position ( paint line / booth ), manually or with hoists or cranes.

2. Responsibilities

2.1. Hours worked need to entered in to Data base ( Dradis ) at the end of each shift.
2.2 Maintains In-Line QC Requirement Verification Form 188
2.3. Maintains production schedule based upon quota Form F188
2.4. Communicate job status to Finishing Manager verbally and with Form F188
2.5. Maintains good attendance @ Tool Box Talks when receiving daily work assignments Form F066
2.5. Prepares work to be accomplished by studying shop drawings and parts lists; gathering materials, tools, and materials.
2.6 Set up and operate painting equipment, including mixing stations, paint guns, compressors, ovens, bake-booths
2.7. Maintain Quality Control though In Line QC Inspection instructions ( WI-0167 & Form F054. Requirements per the QMS. Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
2.8. Tag and identify finished product per job, quantities, locations, etc. Per the production documentation.
2.9. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Manage appropriate equipment Maintenance Checklist (Form F006)
2.10. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

3.1. Painting Equipment Paint Guns, Compressors, Mixers, Paint Line Controls
3.2. Gauges or inspection fixtures Mill thickness gauge
3.3 MRP Software - DRADIS
3.4 Microsoft Office Suite MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word

4. Qualifications
4.1. Education - High School diploma, GED, or Vocational school.


5.0 Employment contingent upon 10 panel drug test and criminal background screen.
