Duties: Transfers call to appropriate persons or departments. Makes overhead announcements. Assists with implementation of the Centers' emergency plans relating to fire alarms, disaster drills, bomb threats, utility disruptions, weekly fire alarm tests and drills. Handles all Codes (Blue, Amber Alert and Fire Code). Maintains residents and employee directories. Meets and greets visitors and provides general information and direction. Performs general clerical duties: mail, copying, filing and stuffing envelopes.
Training Hours: 8: 00 am 4: 00 pm Monday Friday for approximately 1 month.
Following training the shift will be: 4: 00 pm 12 midnight or 8: 00 am 4: 00 pm (M-F).
Two full-time employees are currently on FMLAs.
TLC - Approve request. Two employees (267500-TCT006 & 267500-TCT003) on unpaid FMLA. Temps will be released upon FTE's return to duty.
